WHAT'S ON TAP
SAIZED & CONFUSED
SDIBC 2020 GOLD MEDAL WINNER!
A crisp Belgian ale. Golden in color with aromatics of citrus and pepper. Commonly called “farmhouse ales” and originating as summertime beers in Belgium, these are not just warm-weather beers. Here at Northern Pine we enjoy them year round.Ask about how to make a Sunday Saized-Mosa at home!
One of our first brews, this all time favorite is here to stay! Made with Citra and Amarillo hops for a fruity flavor that perfectly compliments this hop forward beer.
Bold, bitter, and dank! We’ve missed this Black IPA, so we called up HLLNDR and got the band back together for this collaboration. Appropriately named “Smoke Show” this dark IPA is brewed with Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe bringing a bold taste to this unique style of IPA. It’s a smoke show if we do say so ourselves!
Celebrating a phrase that is a general call to action for hitting the road, surf, slopes, dirt, or whatever your fix is; we made this easy-going IPA to go along with the ride. Crafted with Motueka and Southern Cross hops which bring tropical notes to this light & crisp IPA.
Light and crisp with a dry and faintly sweet finish. The “cream” in Cream Ale simply refers to the smooth mouthfeel of this ale and there's no vanilla added because why mess with perfection? If you are looking for a classic light beer, this one is for you.
GOSÉ W/ BERRIES
The Gose Berries taste like Gose Berries! Brewed with organic blackberries and blueberries, this beer is not only gorgeous but delicious too. Between the natural tanginess that is a result of the brewing process, the salt and coriander, this beer has a fresh taste and a mouth-puckering effect that is downright addictive. Pronounced like goes with an "uh" at the end.
Troop 760 was created and brewed by Northern Pine Brewing’s staff in honor of our 3rd anniversary. This West Coast IIPA is a big beer created to celebrate the big obstacles we’ve overcome together and bigger opportunities ahead. Brewed with Mosaic and Idaho 7. Dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, and Strata. To all you campers out there, cheers from Troop 760!
Named after a very special lake in Idaho this medium bodied ale has an amber hue and strong malt characteristics with a low hop backing.
If you grew up in a northern border state, chances are that you’ve tasted a Canadian-style Pilsner (rhymes with Pokaneeor or LaPatt). We brewed this crisp Canadian-style Pilsner in celebration of those beers and with none other than local O’side Canadians, the Rae brothers! Light, crisp, and clean! Give it a go, eh?
TOO DANK FOR STYLE!
MASH-HOPPED PALE ALE
With almost perfect remarks at GABF, the one "flaw" that was noted for this beer was that this Strong Pale Ale is "too dank for style"... but that sound like an award in itself! Hefty amounts of Simcoe hops are added to the mash and there is no shortage of hopping throughout the entire brew. Dry-hopped with Idaho 7, this Strong Pale Ale dips you into ultra-fresh hop flavor with every sip.
We collaborated with local rocker Shane Hall for this beautiful Stout to be paired with his rock/soul/blues mix of music. Notes of chocolate, malt, and a nice roasted flavor all derived from classic ingredients to make that BLACK GOLD!!
Weekend warriors and weekend workers rejoice, this beer is for you! Complimented solely with Saaz hops, this is a perfect patio beer that is crisp and light with mild Belgian tones that add a complexity to this crushable beer.
